The 7th Annual Lupus Education Luncheon & Symposium
was held on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Rossetti Education
Center at Madison-Oneida BOCES in Verona, NY with
featured keynote speaker Dr. Marc Chevrier.
Dr. Chevrier is a board-certified rheumatologist with a
longstanding research and clinical interest in lupus and
its mimics.
Due to his longstanding involvement in both
bench immunology and clinical medicine around lupus
studies, many of the world’s lupus research leaders
have worked with Dr. Chevrier to improve their ability to
conduct better trials and disease measures.

Other speakers included Dr. Raquel Rosen, Bassett Healthcare
Nephrologist speaking on Hypertension and Dr. Nicole Pagano,
Pharmacist from Palmer Pharmacy speaking on Medication
